This game needs a lockout timer added to guild members that leave a guild more than once time limit. This would resolve so much guild jumping and the sieging attacking of place holder guilds.

Timer would be simple you leave a guild you can join another. Leave that guild and you have to wait 7 days. Much like if you changed a guilds name.

Its always the same names over and over just in differnt guild. They get banned ect and they come back in one day or 30 days just to guild jump all over again. Ive seen guild get disbanded from breaking the EULA just to leave that guild and join another.
