Considering Re-Subscribing

My monthly sub for City of Heroes is about to expire on the 6th, and I was thinking of coming back to Age of Conan for November. Just for a change of pace, so to speak. I last played AoC in March 09 -- have there been any significant changes since then?

There were a couple of things that disappointed me when I left...
1. Lack of SOLO content. Especially the climax of story arcs. It was frustrating to have to abandon a long-running story because I couldn't solo the Group Mission at the end. This was my primary reason to go back to CoH.
2. Magic-Using PCs. In Howard's "low fantasy" setting, wizards trailing animated zombies shouldn't be strolling through an idyllic village. I really wanted a no-Mage PvE server.

And to a lesser extent...
3. Female NPCs in combat. I guess that it's "PC" to have the game encompass race, creed and gender. But Conan had an aversion to fighting women, and it always bothered me when my Aquilonian had to cut down a female Nemedian. Why not just make all the PvE NPCs male, which fits the source material better anyways?
4. Non-Dynamic interaction. There weren't consequences to saying the wrong thing to an NPC -- you could just re-click to start a new conversation and pick the other option.

So, any chance that these nitpicks have been among the changes implemented in the last few months? Are the changes and new missions still geared toward end-game content? Any progress into the idea of Multiple Zones (ie; no Nemedian siege in Tarantia, Strom not ruling Tortage) when a character returns to a previously-completed area? Any kind of alignment system yet?
